By using Little Study Buddy (the “Service”), operated by CronoWare LLC (“we”, “us”, or “our”), you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Use of the Service

You may use the Service for personal, non-commercial study purposes. You must not misuse the Service or attempt to access it using methods other than the interfaces we provide.

2. Your Content

You retain ownership of any study materials you upload. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to process that content solely to provide the Service to you. We do not use your uploaded materials to train AI models.

3. Subscriptions and Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually. You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial billing periods.

4. AI-Generated Content

Notes, flashcards, and quizzes are generated by AI and may contain inaccuracies. Do not rely solely on AI-generated content for high-stakes academic or professional purposes. Always verify against your original source material.

5. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time from your account settings.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI outputs will be accurate or complete.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CronoWare LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
